The Civic Foundation
is managed by a Board of Directors. A Board
Member must be interested in the well being
of Golden and must either work, live, or own
a business in Golden. Board members are not
compensated for their services. A Board
Member can serve two consecutive three year
terms. The Board is assisted by non-voting
advisory members, a part time paid Executive
Director, and a part time fund raiser. The
Executive Director is responsible for
publicity, the annual auction, and the day
to day operations.
