The
Golden Civic Foundation is a powerful force
for good in Golden!
- Through our
grants and loans program, we invest money in the
historic downtown, to ensure that it remains a
beautiful and vital center for the community.
- We help sponsor
many of the big community events, such as
Buffalo Bill Days, the Fine Arts Festival, Olde
Golden Christmas, the Wild West Auto Roundup,
and the Farmers Market.
- We donate tens
of thousands of dollars every year to Golden's
non-profit organizations, including the schools,
museums, and groups that serve the needy.
- We manage
Golden's Public Art collection. Over time
we have acquired more than two dozen pieces,
which are on display all over town.
