Joe Rillos is a past president of the Golden Civic Foundation and has lived in the Golden community for over fifty years. He and his wife Deborah are parents of Golden High School graduates Mera, Amanda, and Matt and grandparents to an increasing number of grandchildren. 

Joe is president of Financial Counseling Associates, Inc, an investment advisory firm that has been in business since 1982.
