Joy Brandt is a 30-year resident of Golden, a licensed real estate broker with Re/Max affiliates, inc. in Golden. A top sales associate with multi-million sales annually, Brandt has earned the Re/Max International Hall of Fame designation and is listed in Who's Who in the Residential Real Estate in North America.

Brandt has been actively involved in community activities throughout her life and with her husband, Jack, received the Golden Chamber Civic Award in 1990. She has served as past chairperson of the Golden Ambassadors, Director for the Golden Chamber of Commerce, past president of Leadership Golden, and has been a volunteer for the Golden Civic Foundation since its inception.
