Rebecca Wallace Beattie

Rebecca Wallace Beattie is a CPA and Attorney located in Golden. She assists businesses and individuals with all of their tax, business transactions and estate planning needs. This includes preparation of tax returns and compilation of financial statements, formation and dissolution of companies, buying and selling companies, contract preparation and review, preparation of wills, trusts, living wills and powers of attorney.

Rebecca is a 1991 graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and Finance. In 1997 she graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago , Illinois with her Juris Doctor degree in Law and a Masters degree in Taxation. Before opening her firm in Golden, Rebecca was as a tax consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and a corporate lawyer with Kutak Rock LLP in Denver .

In 2001 Rebecca fulfilled her ambition to open her own firms where she could incorporate her Legal, Tax and Accounting expertise in offering services to businesses and individuals. She is located at 913 11^th Street in Golden.
