Since 1970, the Golden Civic Foundation has helped to build a lively downtown, a thriving economy, and a strong connection with our community. We host two primary fundraising events per year to benefit our community programming.

Step back into the glitz and glam of Hollywood’s Golden Age as we proudly present “The Golden Age of Golden Gala & Auction” on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at the Marriott Denver West.
7TH ANNUAL GOLDEN SUMMER JAM
A Community Celebration of Golden Bands, Bites, & Beer
Golden Summer Jam is a community celebration of local talent and flavor held at the Colorado Railroad Museum on Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
This 100% Golden-sourced event features live bands with Golden connections, family fun and activities for all ages, and local bites and beer. This year’s performers include Heavy Diamond Ring, The Dollhouse Thieves, and Gilded Legion (Golden High School’s Rock Band). Guests will have the opportunity to explore CRRM’s iconic 15-acre railyard with more than 100 locomotives, catch a ride on a vintage passenger train, and enjoy the miniature garden railway and a variety of activities provided by our local nonprofit and business partners.
